• Kids below 5 years complimentary and above 5 to 12 years @ 50% rates for boarding and activities, subject to them travelling and staying in designated accommodation along with their parents.
• All meals will be served on a buffet basis only in our 3,000 sq ft restaurant. and We use standard and hygienic stainless steel crockery and cutlery for serving all our meals
• All guests will be offered clean high quality bed linen, duvets, pillows, 1 individual bath towels, small bath soaps & shampoo sachets, with unlimited availability of RO filtered cold, normal and hot water for consumption, 24x7 hot / cold water supply in all washrooms, 24x7 electricity supply in all cottages,
• We operate a fully equipped state of the art 2,500 sq ft onsite kitchen, within specified times only – 7.00 am to 9.30 pm. and Any meal, activity or service skipped by the client, will not be adjusted in the package cost.
• Additional Activities not included in the above package will be chargeable. and All activities are subject to the weather conditions.

• Any type of transportation including for reaching to and moving around the resort or for rafting will be at additional cost. It will also be subject to prior bookings. The quality of such vehicles and drivers is not assured due to high season / 4 dham Yatra. Most vehicles in Uttarakhand / from delhi / Punjab etc are already booked by tourists travelling in and around Uttarakhand.
• All guests to maintain behavioural decorum especially if under influence of alcohol. We are surrounded by villages and they take strong objection to late night noise and other interferences coming from the resort and we may not be able to prevent the local villagers to escalating nuisance to local authorities who will take potential legal actions against such unruly guests.
• The local climate and temperature in the current season vary almost 15-20* C during the day. Afternoons are hot and guests are advised to note this while travelling to Rishikesh.
• The resort does not serve alcohol. Guests carrying their own alcohol may consume it within the defined cottage patio area only. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas in the resort
• Use or consumption of narcotics, psychotropic drugs or any other banned substances is strictly prohibited in the resort. Offenders, if any, will be evicted immediately from the resort, and the instance will be reported to the local authorities
• Carrying of unauthorized firearms / weapons is strictly prohibited in the resort. Guests carrying licensed firearms are advised to report the same to Resort Management at check-in
• We do not offer any type of room service. Similarly, serving / consumption of food / beverages / smoking inside Tent is not permitted
• We have invested in making a high quality luxury resort to provide maximum comfort and leisure to our discerning guests. We expect similar reciprocation by guests while handling / using our resort facilities. In case of any unfortunate damages caused to any of our infrastructure, utilities, material by guests, the damages will have to be settled on the spot by the respective guests / group. A list of charges will be shared on demand or checkin. The damage charges and settlement policy are non-negotiable
• No any weapons allowed.
• Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreements or the making performance or interpretation there of shall be settled in Tehri Garhwal under jurisdiction of district court of Tehri Garhwal Uttrakhand.
• If the passengers return back before time according to agreement, by their own wish, no refund of amount will be there.
